Bloomberg Calls Obama Arrogant

From Political Wire:

''He came back and said 'I never met in my life such an arrogant man.'"

-- Rupert Murdoch, recounting New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg's description of President Obama.

Bloomberg never met such an arrogant man in his life?

He ought to look in the mirror.

Bloomberg is right that Obama is one of the most arrogant people to walk this earth.

But so is Bloomberg.

That said, if Bloomberg is having cronies dump news stories like this one into the media, you KNOW he plans to run for president in 2012 against Obama.

  2. Since Obama doesn't have billions of dollars, Bloomberg has enough money to pompously say that. In Bloomberg's deluded mind, pomposity paves the way for haughtiness.

  3. Aw, NYC, you really did it with that line. That's funny!

Anon, money + ego = Bloomberg.

    ego + opportunity + Obama.

    Who loses in these equations?

    We do!

  4. (Unrelated but it's ALL related)Ron Paul has the biggest pair in D.C. God forbid, but won't be surprised if he he goes down in a "plane crash."

"Republican Representative Ron Paul on Thursday said he will push to examine the Federal Reserve's monetary policy decisions if he takes control of the congressional subcommittee that oversees the central bank as expected in January." He also wants a full acounting of the U.S.' gold reserves.

  6. I tried to tell some of my progressive friends, when Obama renominated Bernanke, that was the sign - along with the hiring of Geithner and Summers - of just what kind of "change" he was offering.
