Senate Exit Polls - Bennet Beating Buck

Ugh - Bennet up two in the exit polls:

Blumenthal (D-CT) +8
Rubio (R-FL) +21
Blunt (R-MO) +10
Boxer (D-CA) +8
Kirk (R-IL) +6
Paul (R-KY) +11
NV--EVEN
Bennet (D-CO) +2
Toomey (R-PA) +4
Murray (D-WA) +6
Manchin (D-WV) +7
Johnson (R-WI) +5

The Denver Post says the Bennet/Buck race is the closest in the country.

Buck ran an AWFUL campaign against Bennet, so it won't be a surprise if Whitney Tilson's favorite charter school proponent wins.

But we'll see.

Exit polls have been wrong before.

Just ask John Kerry.

  1. Weren't they going to stop calling races and releasing these polls until voting ceased? I could've sworn they decided to do that after Reagan beat Carter in 1980. Maybe it's just for the Presidential race, but I still don't think they ought to be letting this stuff out and influencing the electorate on Election Day.

  2. Leaked exit polls on Huffington Post. I don't go to Huffington Post anymore as a protest, but Political Wire picked up the exit polls, so I thought I'd post them.

The Colorado polls close at 9 PM.

But the race probably won't be called until well after midnight our time.

    At least that's the CW.
