Is it just me or does Cathie Black look visibly drunk in this photo from the Times taken from last night's PEP meeting?
What has she got in those water bottles - vodka martinis?
Judging by the the way she talks and the words she says, it certainly sounds like she starts drinking heavily right about 1:30 in the afternoon and sauces all the way to the end of the evening.
This type of rhetoric doesn't help. If you want to judge her qualifications go ahead, but unless you can prove "something" you should stop.
