Failed city schools chancellor Cathie Black was "the wrong person" for the job, her predecessor, Joel Klein, said Tuesday.
Speaking to Bloomberg News, Klein praised the mayor for his decision to send Black packing after only three months on the job.
"Sometimes you just hire the wrong person for a job." Klein said.
"It's happened to me, it's happened for other people and I think that's what the mayor concluded here.
"Obviously, as the mayor concluded, this didn't work out well, and he stepped up and said that it was time for a change."
Given that just last week, Klein said she was going to be fine, why should we listen to ANYTHING this guy has to say about ANYTHING?
Isn't it clear that when he opens his mouth, out comes jive?
