President Accountability got his own accountability moment when progressive activists confronted him at a fundraiser in San Francisco yesterday over his administration's treatment of Bradley Manning.
Obama called Manning a criminal and said everything he's getting, he deserves.
Even though Manning has not been convicted of any crime.
Change we can believe in?
Uh, no.
Just more Bush/Cheney/Obama war crimes.
You know, when the Republicans finally impeach this son of a bitch (and make no mistake, they will try if they get more seats in the House), I for one hope he is thrown into his own Gitmo cell and treated just the way Bradley Manning, not convicted of any crime, has been treated.
Maybe if one of his kids ended up in a similar situation and got similar treatment, then Obama would understand.
Maybe.
But probably not.
War criminals tend to be light on the empathy gene.
Bad enough when Bush/Cheney did this shit - but they at least were OPEN about it.
Obama, in addition to engaging in torture, abuse and war crimes, is a hypocrite about it.
