Ms. Quinn no longer leads among any group of likely Democratic voters. Strikingly, in her home base of Manhattan, Mr. de Blasio is beating her 40% to 30%.

From day 1 I have considered the council speaker unqualified as a result of her lead role in over turning term limits. I would hope that this serves as a lesson to Quinn and all the council members who violated the most sacred trust the franchise the hallmark of democracy and something people throughout the world are dying for. We shall see the results and kudos to Perdido Street for the fantastic blog keeping us old timers in the game.
