How To Volunteer To Get Zephyr Teachout On The Ballot By July 7 So She Can Primary Andrew Cuomo

You can get in touch with Zephyr Teachout's campaign here.

Petitions can be downloaded here - these directions go with the download:

Help get Zephyr on the ballot!

To make sure Zephyr's name appears on the November ballot we need 15,000 signatures of registered Democrats turned in to the NY Board of Elections (in person or by mail) before July 7th.

Just download the PDF below, fill out the information at the bottom of the sheet and leave the page number blank. Please send all completed sheets to our campaign headquarters.

Finally, you can donate to Zephyr Teachout here.

  1. Neighbors were ringing doorbells the other day, for a state assembly primary candidate. They had the registered democrat list in hand, to ring only the appropriate bells.
Who to contact to get this list for specific locale?
Thank you, I am anonymous who requested info in previous post.

    1. Best to contact Teachout's campaign in first link. Doubtful the Democratic establishment is going to help.

  2. I would bet that they must provide lists, by law. Will contact headquarters.

  3. For those volunteering - make sure to take no shortcuts in the petition campaign. Follow the rules exactly -- like you must get sigs from people who live in a particular district. Reason? A team of lawyers will pore through these things to knock her off the ballot by challenging to the hilt. She needs 25% over the limit. NY petition laws are designed to keep people off the ballot.

    1. For example as a Jersey City resident who is registered to vote in NJ, I cannot collect signatures for Teachout.

  4. You could contact the local republican party, I'm sure they would be more than happy to get you the registered Democrat list from your local board of elections

  5. Actually, I am thinking, will ask my neighbors to lend me the one they have. If that doesn't work, will proceed with plan B.
