NYSED Wants Teacher Evaluation Ratings To Track The Proficiency Rates On The Rigged Common Core Tests

Times-Union:

The Education Department recommends that teacher performance be closely linked with the same standards considered for proficiency in school assessments — less than 65 percent is deemed "ineffective," and the scores increase from there. Senior Deputy Commissioner Ken Wagner called it a "percent of points perspective," noting that it is "common sense" to be considered passing at 65 percent proficiency. Teachers receiving a score of 65 would be considered "developing."

The Common Core tests were rigged to see proficiency rates plummet.

In short, NYSED wants to rig teacher evaluation ratings the way they rigged the Common Core test scores.
