Jeb Bush Says Americans Need To Work Longer Hours

This should go swimmingly when we get to campaign ad season:

Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said in an interview Wednesday that “people need to work longer hours” to help grow the economy.
According to ABC News, Bush was asked a question about tax reform during an interview live streamed on Periscope, and said he believes the U.S. can achieve 4 percent growth.
“Which means we have to be a lot more productive, workforce participation has to rise from its all-time modern lows,” Bush continued. “It means that people need to work longer hours.”

Vote for Jeb so you can work longer hours.

Great campaign slogan - for his opponents.

  1. What did the Jebster say about Obama's proposed change to adjusting overtime pay regulations? In an era when corporations are reporting record profits and economists are detailing marked increases in income inequality we get this nonsense from the most moderate TEAPublican. We need Bernie as Clinton is another Bush-like corporatist--just not as rabid as the TEAPublicans.

  2. Jeb is against raising the minimum wage. He says that Americans should work more hours an minimum wage jobs to make ends meet and to get off of welfare, food stamps and
    section 8 housing assistance.
