Poll Results

The Daily News was running a poll this morning that asked how readers think Cathie Black will do in her job as schools chancellor.

The responses were:

Optimistic. She brings in a strong track record of leadership. Pessimistic. She doesn't know enough about education. I don't know yet.

As of 5:17 AM this morning (when I was writing this post), the responses were 86% - "Pessimistic. She doesn't know enough about education" to 14% "Don't know yet."

Not one "Optimistic. She brings in a strong track record of leadership."

Perhaps Mayor Bloomberg wasn't awake yet to register his vote?

Or Wolfson?

Or Black?

Or Shael?

Even so, that's some pretty harsh poll data for Ms. Black.

86% say she sucks, 14% aren't sure.
