Imagine - a governor who doesn't demonize unions, want to throw old people out onto the sidewalk so that he can cut taxes on hedger fund managers, who says laying off teachers and government clerks is a bad idea and says he will FULLY fund the pension system.
Imagine such a state with such a governor.
You don't have to imagine.
Connecticut is the state.
Pointedly, New York and New Jersey are not.
