Of course he uses the Republican Congress as an excuse.
But let's be honest - this is who this guy IS.
Last year, he cut food stamps so that he wouldn't have to cut his Race to the Top public education privatization program.
He also raised taxes on individuals making less than $20,000 and families making less than $40,000 so that he could cut taxes on rich people.
I wonder if Oprah will ask about this stuff when she has the Obamas on in a couple of weeks?
