Reality, besides the obvious reasons that I voted FOR MORE, it also was an anti-Mulgrew (personally) vote. On several occasions, I sent e-mails stating my displeasure on the way that the union has handled things, especially when it comes to dealing with Mayor Napoleon and his puppet running the DOE, and I have not gotten the simplest response. Not a thank you for your concerns from a lackey, not a "hey, drop dead and stop e-mailing me with your silly ideas", NOTHING. So why should I vote for someone who, despite the fact that I directly pay his salary, that can not even take the time to have a flunky send me any type of a response.
So, not only have I voted to replace Mulgrew, I have also put MORE flyers in my colleagues' mailboxes, and will attempt to do so, at least one more time this election season.
Great! One MORE vote against the Unity/New Action jive!
