She's said some doozies. My favorite was when she told Winerip at the Times that people hate teachers, but an "objective" teacher evaluation system would make people respect teachers again. Poll after poll shows nothing of the sort.
DeleteThe problem with having someone like Tisch in power is that no one ever tells her to her face that she's full of crap. They're afraid of the family money, connections, etc. But in terms of being full of crap, only Bloomberg, Cuomo, King and Walcott rival her.
