MTA Advises Staying Home Tomorrow

But Bloomberg says school are open.

At least until he pokes his head out onto Park Avenue tomorrow morning at 5 AM to see if it's plowed.

If it is, then schools will be open.

If it's not plowed, it means six more weeks of winter.

Or something like that.
