DiNapoli: NYC Will Have $3.2 Billion Dollar Surplus

I guess Mayor Mike will have lots of extra money for outside computer consultants with that surplus money - $3.2 billion according to a prediction by the state comptroller.

No money for teachers, of course.

Or firehouses.

Or senior centers.

But technology contracts and outside consultants?

Oh yeah, we got money for that.
