Today's the day NYSED Commissioner/rookie teacher John King is going to announce the evaluation system the state is imposing on NYC teachers.
King will make the announcement at 4 PM.

At the very time teachers need the most information about the largest change to their evaluation system is a long, long time, the UFT decides to shut the UFT website down for maintenance.
