Thompson will have lower percentage of vote than Weiner in 2005 (26% v 29%). If BDB come close (39%+) does WT engage in runoff bloodbath?

Weiner decided not to force a runoff.
Thompson, however, sounds like he's still thinking about going there:
But Mr. Thompson, addressing his supporters at a Midtown Manhattan hotel, vowed to continue his campaign at least until all the primary ballots are counted. “Tonight is for every one of you out there who have ever been counted out,” he told a jubilant crowd chanting “Three more weeks.”
As of 7:30 AM, Thompson has lost to de Blasio by over 90,000 votes, by more than 14 percentage points.
De Basio is currently over the 40% threshold.

And this:

Sounds like they're still weighing their options.
We'll have to see how all of this plays out.
What will Tisch and D'amato tell Thompson to do?
