And Cuomo calls this system "scientific" and "objective."
The judge in the Lederman case is expected to have a decision either this month or next.
I would hate to be too cynical, but isn't it possible that the NYSED is trying to throw a wrench in the Lederman trial by giving her a Highly Effective rating?
