Noticeably not commenting: Cuomo. Bharara, who brought the Skelos case, still has an open probe looking into how the Cuomo administration shut down an anti-corruption panel last year.
Cuomo's schedule today, via State of Politics:
Gov. Andrew Cuomo is in Albany and New York City.
Perhaps we'll get a statement from Sheriff Andy today.
I hope when Cuomo finally does surface and makes himself available to the press, they ask him again how these criminal corruption cases are a vindication of his shutting down of the Moreland Commission before it could complete its work.
While they're at it, they should also ask him why he put the kibosh on the Moreland investigations into his own campaign donors and if he's worried if the feds picked up that string of investigation nonetheless.
