Happy Reformer Andrew Cuomo Plans Police, Grand Jury Reforms

Given how well his education reforms are working and how swimmingly his Moreland Commission on Public Corruption went, I'm very skeptical about this:

Gov. Andrew Cuomo plans to push next year for a “comprehensive” set of changes to the grand jury process as well as police practices including the wearing of body cameras following a lack of indictment of a police officer in the death of Eric Garner.
Cuomo, interviewed on WCNY’s Capitol Pressroom on Thursday morning, called the lack of an indictment in the case “troubling and disturbing to say the least.”
“I think long term this is something we have to look at this session,” Cuomo said. “I think we need a comprehensive look.”
The governor indicated he plans to push for increased transparency in law enforcement, changes to how grand juries in the state operate and require police officers to wear body cameras as well as strengthen police training.
“I think we should address all of the above,” Cuomo said. “I think we should look at the whole system.”

Hey, Andy, maybe a commission?

Heck, worked really well with corruption, LIPA and Common Core...
