The only way to fight the elite scumbags is for consumers to strike. You can march and non violent protest all day and night long, they could care less. Violence won't work either. You have to make them irrelevant. Drop out of the corporate consumer system as much as you can. STRIKE !
All good suggestions, except for the shopping in "used" clothing stores - we have a bed bug epidemic here in NYC, my girlfriend and I have already had respective run-ins with bedbugs at work. I'm concerned about buying anything used at this moment and even new clothes I dry before I put them in my closet!
But overall, I agree that the only way to fight the corporatists is to strike as consumers. I think that IS where the movement is going to have to go in the future.
One of the good things that happened this week is that the saudi arabian day of rage, at least for now, is off the table.It was relatively tranquil.The turnout wasn't all that good.The saudis know how to control a riot. I don't want to make any value judgments on any side.

Ways to fight against the corporatocracy:
ReplyDelete-don't keep your money in the big international banks-use a small local bank or credit union.
-Barter as much as you can. Buy as little as you can of new items from the big corporate stores. Shop in ised clothing and furniture stores.
-Don't watch TV ! It's 95 % brain washing and propoganda of the corporate state.
-Figure out ways NOT to part of their plans for you. "Get off the grid" any way you can!
-Walk, bike, don't drive.
-Organize general strikes.
